Came in with no appointment due to my jeep not starting up and got help quickly, sat for a short amount of time while they worked on my jeep. Following the scheduled maintenance I spoke to the tech, who worked on the vehicle, and I told him of a problem with the wiper fluid dispenser, expecting to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. The tech actually pulled my truck back in to the bay, looked at the issue and actually unclogged the system. He gave me solid advise that I would eventually need to get the system worked on. Honest and helpful and rose above and beyond what was scheduled. Also, the service rep who assisted me was professional and courteous. I initially discussed the wiper fluid dispenser with her, instead of scheduling a repair, she asked the tech to step in to give me good advise in addition to the good advise she provided. both of these folks deserve a big kudos. I will continue to bring my vehicle to you for service and repair. More
