Staff- especially service advisor Kristan was so friendly and helpful, and worked with our budget- to prioritize what's urgent, and allow us to spread the work over a few paychecks and visits. Up-front about the costs in advance, honest and hard-working, and they want to help us maintain our older Jeep for the long-term (not at all just trying to "sell us something" without caring). We also got to use a coupon from their service specials website, which really helped (Not like the smaller, independent shops I've been to before). They worked fast and kept us posted, plus with service we got a free car wash! Thank you Gainesville CDJR, you have a lifelong customer! More
