Jeep service desk has the worse customer service in the world. I am so sad I purchased my car from Jeep. The service desk manager and employees is extremely rude and not knowledgeable about cars that they world. I am so sad I purchased my car from Jeep. When I told the employees I am dissatisfied with their service, the employees chase me to my car and told me if I am not happy then I should never come back.
