Recently I got in a car accident and needed repairs. I initially went to Auto crafters first because I had dealt with them previously, but it was in a different city. I was highly disappointed with the way I was treated and not to mention that they could not repair my car until July 20th, now mind you I had the accident on June 27th. I informed my insurance company that I was not happy with the service I had received thus far and I would prefer to have my car repaired somewhere else. To make along story short I stop by Gainesville GMC and Alonzo Harden was very professional and patience because I had to call my insurance company for him to get the authorization to do the work on my vehicle since Auto crafters had already submitted a claim even though I did not sign off the work request. When I drop my car off for him to began the repairs I did not have to more than 10 minutes for me to be transported to enterprise car rental.
