Staff was polite and offer was fair. However, when selling our car we were naturally asked to sign several documents. No copies were given back to us that were actually signed by the dea However, when selling our car we were naturally asked to sign several documents. No copies were given back to us that were actually signed by the dealer. My state requires a specific bill of sale form that must be turned in to inform the state. The dealer didn't provide it until I insisted. Later, the DMV rep told me they can't record the sale without the signed form. That leaves the seller liable should anything happen after the sale. The insurance company also insists on this to remove seller's liability after sale. More
