Better than most, at least they were courteous and friendly Looked at this Equinox on Saturday evening it had just arrived and it was dirty inside and out. They did repair the minor scratches on the rear and did a good job. My salesman was good and the finance man,John, in finance was great. I wish they would have spent more time with me going over the operation of the car. . - - - - that was the bad - - - - - - - - - the good - - - - - - The sales staff was attentive , courteous and polite. I was happy with the price and financing. I think if they would have had more time to clean the car it would have been better I did tell them the time line and they agreed the car would be ready, it was not. I would recommend this dealership but pay attention to the details. I looked at 9 different cars at 9 different and overall Gainesville Buick GMC and Cortlan Watson treated me well.
