First, go look at the 1 star reviews , there are plenty service related. I'm not going to waste your time telling the long version. My wife went in for a free oil change that she won and was sold services service related. I'm not going to waste your time telling the long version. My wife went in for a free oil change that she won and was sold services she didn't need and told I requested them when I made the appointment. Don't let them swindle you. I contacted them after the fact and they where unapologetic and blamed my wife. Good luck if you choose to use them. I texted and emailed about this incident. They responded via text with no apology and basically blamed my wife. Then AFTER I wrote a negative review GMC called and tried to offer me a free oil change to make it right and specifically told me I would have to take down the review. Again, they offered no semblance of an apology and doubled down blaming my wife outright lying about the interaction. The version of what happened was not slightly different from my wife's but grossly different. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else even for a simple oil change. More

While their truck selection is decent it's hard to say I like this dealership. My sales rep was super nice and all that but seemed to lack some fundamental knowledge of the vehicles up for sale. I ended up buying a truck that was in for trade in that day and got what I assume was a good price. My trade in was slightly lower than I had hoped but they have to make money. The problem lies in that a week after my purchase my battery died which tells me their 100 point inspection was a joke. Three weeks after my purchase my AC condenser broke which they gladly replaced for $900. I negotiated the price with the service manager down from $1400 and their service guys/gals seem good but I'm dismayed that their inspections on used vehicles are a joke... If they truly wanted to retain my business they would have charged me for the condenser price and no labor since I doubt the condenser really worked when they took it in and it was likely just refilled to last a few weeks. They also promised to take a dent out if the vehicle (which they eventually did) but they called me down to pick it up without fixing it because of their inability to communicate inside their own organization. I'd like to add the original truck I went to look at was way over priced and had tons of rust issues (nortnern vehicle) and had two accidents but they kept promising they would never sell an unreliable vehicle... After buying a different truck I'm so very glad I didnt go after the rusted truck as it probably fell apart by now. More
