Great service- changed my mind about GMC I've been to this dealership several times primarily for service. The last couple times I was there I encountered Al on the sales floor offering help I've been to this dealership several times primarily for service. The last couple times I was there I encountered Al on the sales floor offering help but not offering any pressure. I had sworn off GMC is my next vehicle or two after a really bad experience in a dealership in Jacksonville and absolutely nothing from corporate. Al single-handedly may have changed that. I straight-up told him that I wasn't ready to buy yet but he offered assistance and showing us Vehicles anyway. After two or three visits with the same type of service, I decided my next two vehicles for my wife and me will be from him. I can say that generally the service department doesn't pressure us, we don't feel pressured walking around, and the dealership is always clean and service is quick and reasonably priced. It's nice to see that big companies are changing the way they treat customers but this dealership still stands apart from the others I've experienced. More

Matthew is Amazing! I take car shopping very seriously. We are limited to 3 makes of SUVs, which makes it more difficult to find the best deal, so we traveled states away I take car shopping very seriously. Matthew made sure to keep things enjoyable, quick and painless. I can't express how calm he was when working with us and all of my small children, even after a nasty conversation with a manager that left a bad taste in my mouth and I was leaving if not for Matt. Matt stayed late after hours to ensure our new truck was clean, inside and out, all on his own. We had an excellent experience with him. Great Service Looking through Netflix the other night I stumbled onto a show called “Chef”. One particular episode was about the Food Critic/Writer Johnathan Gold. Looking through Netflix the other night I stumbled onto a show called “Chef”. One particular episode was about the Food Critic/Writer Johnathan Gold. During the episode to honor this famous food critic there were comments on his method of reviewing restaurants. He just showed up, ordered the food and ate it. If he liked it he’d write a review on it. If he wrote a good review, people would flock to the location based on his review. IF he did not like the food, he simply got up, left and didn’t say or write anything about the restaurant or the food. His reason for this was because he worked in the food industry, he knew how hard and difficult it was to run and cook in a restaurant. He didn’t want his negative review to stop anyone from going to any restaurant based on his one time visit. SAME GOES WITH MY RECENT SERVICE VISIT EXCELLENT AND MORE EXCELLENT. More
