After work my 3 year old SRX wouldn't start with the dashboard flashing lights and messages while the nav system screen bobbed up and down to a wooshing sound. I wasn't happy being stranded in a large mall's parking lot. I called my husband who called our favorite Service Tec (the ONLY one we'll go to,we've followed him from dealership to dealership) and Andy transferred him to Kim (the Service Adviser that I've been lucky enough to deal with for all service transactions like oil changes). Andy said it was the battery (it turned out that he was correct it had shorted cells) and Kim arranged for a tow truck and loaner rental car. Andy called me but before I could tell him where I was my phone went dead. Both Andy and Kim kept trying to reach me. I was finally able to borrow a phone and call my husband, telling him exactly where I was so he could pass the info back to Kim. The Tow Truck Driver was very polite and stayed calm with a storm approaching and my car stuck in park. He finally worked it out and got my car up on the truck and drove me to the dealership. Kim was waiting and had the rental car company there in no time. Next morning my car was repaired and I enjoyed chatting with both Kim and Andy before I was on my way. I wish it hadn't happened but since it did I couldn't have ask for two more professional, friendly and helpful people to deal with. More
I drove all the way from ocala to get my first oil change service on my new Mitsubishi sport Outlander, when i arrived to the location i enter and explain the reason of my visit, answer was no power change service on my new Mitsubishi sport Outlander, when i arrived to the location i enter and explain the reason of my visit, answer was no power ok so i decided to wait, because driving 50 miles to go back wasn't on my plan, i wait around an hour , David show saying powers back! ok k, 30 minutes after, job was done ,this guy came driving my suv so i went inside and take a chair David approach saying follow me to the cashier counter, service was $ 30.00, computer was down they said, i explain my concern about to have a paper work or receipt for the job done to keep a record and service , answer again computer down we may email it to you ! seriously don't even ask for my email after that, a this point i don t even know if they change the oil ? if they did, no way to know what kind they used, filter or whatever, and the very important part , my dash panel still showing service after 3000 miles wasn't modify for the next service no idea if this may affect the warranty with Mitsubishi. they can at least write a receipt by hand or something or make a copy of the paper David turn to that counter, thats say a lot about the customer service, was horrible my perception about that place, i thought was more professional with high standards basis of the years of service as showing, i understand the no power situation but the slack on customer service, friendliness and poor work performance of some of the employees ? i was paying for a service, wasn't free, at least quality of the job, not to mention all the grease at the car door, wheel and my driver sit stained i washed so not a worry, but the rest oh no crazy , was a total nightmare my experience at this location, i just said thank you and i leave driving my car shaking my head like wow. feels like i bother someone there, got treat it unfair without respect for the value of my time and money. wondering if this happens often, Thank God ill never be there to see it again, very unsatisfied with the service and the unprofessional behavior of the associates. Our 2007 Silverado was involved in a rear end hit-and-run. Damaged the bumper and left side cargo bed. Drivable, but messed-up! They did an excellent job on our accident repairs. They did some additional work for us at a fair price. Alonzo called several times during the repair process to keep us advised of the progress. Got our truck back on the day they promised delivery. We would definitely recommend this dealership for auto body repairs. We will use them again if we have future needs. More

Ian escorted me to the sales department and connected me with the sales manager, then checked in on me later to make sure everything was going well. When i finished with the sales department and went to get my car out of service it had started raining, Ian took my keys and pulled up my car so I didn't have to walk to my car in the rain. Ian is always this way, always friendly when my husband or I come in, and I have observed him this way with other customers as well. Ian keeps our family coming to this dealership for service to our vehicles. I even bought a Mazda last year and before I bought it called Ian to make sure I could get my car serviced there before I bought it, if they hadn't been able to service it I would have bought a different car. Wow. Was having a real problem with the driver door electrical panel not working. Called dealership Tuesday morning and scheduled appointment for service on Thursday. 15 minutes after checking into ser electrical panel not working. The courtesy driver took me home and the next afternoon he came and picked me up from home to so that I could get my car. Between him and Kim's superior customer service skills, I know that I will return to this service dept as well as when Im ready for a new vehicle. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience. This has been the best dealership of all the dealerships we have ever used. They explain the problem and make sure the customer is always well informed of the resolution to the problem and the price that it will cost to fix the problem. Andy Springer, one of the service technicians has always worked on our vehicle and has done an outstanding job at finding and fixing the problem quickly. Kim Murscoe, Service Advisor, has been our service advisor since we started coming to the service department. She has always been a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful in solving our problems. More
Recently I got in a car accident and needed repairs. I initially went to Auto crafters first because I had dealt with them previously, but it was in a different city. I was highly disappointed with the way I was treated and not to mention that they could not repair my car until July 20th, now mind you I had the accident on June 27th. I informed my insurance company that I was not happy with the service I had received thus far and I would prefer to have my car repaired somewhere else. To make along story short I stop by Gainesville GMC and Alonzo Harden was very professional and patience because I had to call my insurance company for him to get the authorization to do the work on my vehicle since Auto crafters had already submitted a claim even though I did not sign off the work request. When I drop my car off for him to began the repairs I did not have to more than 10 minutes for me to be transported to enterprise car rental. All-in-all I am very pleased with the service I received and really happy that my car look just like new. Sincerely Shelon Jefferson More
