WASTE OF TIME Contacted them about a SPECIFIC vehicle I wanted to look at. Specifically told them I was coming from over 2.5 hours away and was reassured that they Contacted them about a SPECIFIC vehicle I wanted to look at. When I arrived, I found out that it had been sent to auction several days ago and could not be sold but they could sell me a brand new car (completely different from the one I wanted). Liars. Vehicle Recall Had a recall letter received. Made an appointment for service. I only have one car and this was an all day process. The Service person Robert Scales i Had a recall letter received. Made an appointment for service. I only have one car and this was an all day process. The Service person Robert Scales informed me that they had no loaner cars to use and that most people just " walked across the street" and spent time at a local cafe. Did not want to spent a day at the cafe. So the problem was resolved by another service person Blake Dodson by his stating he would drive me home and I could pick up my car in the afternoon after work was finished. I took my car in and low and behold, they had the janitor drive me home in MY CAR before they put it in the shop. Since this was a problem not of my making, I did not understand. I was informed that it was an insurance problem and that they had a woman that wrecked in a loaner so they could not allow others to drive on due to insurance problems. I was very unhappy with this situation and would not deal at this dealer again. More
