Express Service is a joke If you’re looking for an express service department, you won’t find it at Galeana. Representatives need additional customer service training and knowl If you’re looking for an express service department, you won’t find it at Galeana. Representatives need additional customer service training and knowledge of services before standing behind a counter. Hours of operation also need to be expanded for people who actually have to work for a living. This is the second time I have had a bad experience and even received an e-mail from a service manager trying to persuade me to give them a good survey. Customer’s beware, this is NOT a place you want to take your vehicle. More
