AWFUL service experience. I thought we would be helped due to the kindness of Dawn when I first called, boy was I wrong. I have had an ongoing issue with a lease that I have b I thought we would be helped due to the kindness of Dawn when I first called, boy was I wrong. I have had an ongoing issue with a lease that I have been trying to get fixed since February! They tried to get me to pay $450 for a “fuse” that come to find out is completely irrelevant on my vehicle by claiming “user error.” They acted like they were doing me a favor by covering it even though I am well within my LEASED vehicles warranty. I EXPLICITLY told them there have never been jumper cables on my brand new vehicle before. The issue is NOT a battery issue. After checking out yesterday someone wrote on my paperwork “customer states vehicle has been jumped off.” ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not only did they lie, but they must’ve thought we wouldn’t read the report. We made them fix it before signing any paperwork. They also didn’t address any other issues I have been having such as my key fob all of a sudden being incompatible with my vehicle. Just tried to blame me, and get $450 out of us. I already have an ongoing case with corporate and will absolutely be escalating the issue. Never bring your vehicle here for service!!! More
