Great buying experience. Other car dealers should take note of how Galeana Kia does business. The worst part of my previous encounters with buying a car is having a salesman h Other car dealers should take note of how Galeana Kia does business. The worst part of my previous encounters with buying a car is having a salesman hover around pestering you while you are trying to look at a vehicle and decide if it’s worth your time. David Jenkins modeled what I expect in a car salesman. He made initial contact by letting me know he was available to answer questions or if I wanted to test drive any of the cars. He then left me with full access to the lot to explore the vehicles and make up my mind. I applaud this dealership for leaving the cars unlocked to allow access without having a salesman go fetch the key every time you want to look inside. When I needed assistance David was available. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the various models and was able to explain each of the vehicle features I had questions on. The second worst part about buying a car is negotiating a price and dealing with the finance guy trying work his magic with the “payments” to hide the fact that your going to pay more in the end. If you give me a price I can figure out my payments on my own. We negotiated an out the door price with no mention of payments, money down, or how I’m going to finance. These have no bearing on the value of the vehicle in my opinion. Chad was also a pleasure to work with as the paperwork went smoothly. He mentioned the availability of the extras the dealerships try an tack on but did not push them at me. Chad also offered financing options and again did not try and push them onto me as I have had at other dealerships. I would like to thank David, Chad and the rest at Galeana Kia for providing me my first No Pressuring, No Badgering and dare I say an enjoyable experience in purchasing a new vehicle. More
