From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by THEE Johnnie McDuffie. After taking a test drive, we were sure we wanted to purchase the Jeep Gladiator. Since Galeana didn’t have the color we were hoping for on the lot, Johnnie graciously offered to order the Gladiator in the color of our choice. He was patient, understanding, and listened to our wants/needs as customers. We shared honest conversations, which truly made us feel as though we had known Johnnie forever. The other employees we met with Mr. Blankenship, Jersey, and a few others I wish I could remember the names of, were wonderful as well. Service department is lousy. Unprofessional, rarely call to give update on car repair. Some reps are abrupt and rude when you talk to them. Seem to shy away from face to face communication. Probably need to hire more people if they are too busy to communicate with customers. I hate the day I had the misfortune to even try to deal with them. I took my GM suv to Galeana for an oil change and tire rotation and battery replaced in my key fob. The Express Lane Manager was very professional and helpful. Honestly, I've never had an issue with the sales department, but they're service department is Garbage.. on 3 separate occasions they misdiagnosed the issues, overcharged and caused more issues to m department, but they're service department is Garbage.. on 3 separate occasions they misdiagnosed the issues, overcharged and caused more issues to my vehicles than before they ever went in.. They totally suck!! Chad, the Manager is rude and unprofessional and the others obviously can't fix a car to save their lives..It unfortunately took me 3 separate cars and occasions to figure this out. Because i purchased from them on 3 separate occasions and have great experiences with the sales team, i thought I'd get the same service from the service department.. NOT.. So take my word or not, unless you have money and time to waste, don't bother taking your car here for Any problems.. Unless you like being taking advantage of and lied to about non existing issues to your car.. More
