Joe Venuti was very knowledgeable about Kia’s in general and took the time to make sure we knew every feature of our new Optima before we drove it off the lot. Joe never pressured us about prices or putting us into any other vehicle than the one we wanted. On a scale of 1 to 10, Joe gets a 10+ in our opinion. We only hope he’s still at this dealership in a few years when we are ready to upgrade our Kia once again! And we just love Tom, who did our financing.
