Joe never pressured us about prices or putting us into any other vehicle than the one we wanted. On a scale of 1 to 10, Joe gets a 10+ in our opinion. We only hope he’s still at this dealership in a few years when we are ready to upgrade our Kia once again! And we just love Tom, who did our financing. Thirty Years of experience with the Dealership. I have been dealing with Galeana since 1983. With the exception of three years, we had Hondas, the rest of my dealings have been with this dealership. With the exception of a few blips early on there has been a building of friendship, first name basis. From my sales person David, John the New Car Sales Manager, Dale in the finance office and Kevin in Service and Chris in the body shop ( a big oops on my part}, there is a relaxed feeling when dealing. with these or others. Scott Rhodes, the General Manager always has his door open. One primary cause is the service department and their mechanics are well schooled. The parts department is very helpful. It is not so much going to a dealership as it is talking with friends, a relaxed atmosphere and a cup of coffee or soda. Jeeps have been my primary vehicles over the years and they KNOW jeeps. Note: My children buy there also. More
