Wife purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After reviewing the paperwork it was noted that she was charged $599.00 for a "weather package" that was a add-on by the dealer. When the salesm reviewing the paperwork it was noted that she was charged $599.00 for a "weather package" that was a add-on by the dealer. When the salesman was questioned about it he stated it was for mud guards and a hood protector. These items were not installed on the purchased vehicle. When informed of the fact she was charged for something that was not on the car, he then claimed that it was for finish protector, which was excluded from the original agreed deal. At this point I went to dealership and talked to the sales manager, who showed me a sticker from a comparable vehicle. The numbers did not match up and he back tracked to the weather package story and stated that if my wife would bring the vehicle back that they would install mud guards... $599.00 for $60.00 item!!! After they got caught trying to cover a lie with a lie, I was told that he was not going to argue with me. I never got loud or argued with anyone. I just wanted to be be treated fair and in a honest manner. He then said that if we didn't want the mud guards that he would send $599.00 to the lender. When I asked to speak with the dealership manager, I was told he was in a meeting and was not available. I can understand a mistake, but when you cover it with 2 lies that's deceitful. After a month they finally sent the bank a check and asked if I would update my rating on this website. More

Worst experience in my life trying to purchase a new car. I have bought 2 new vehicles from here but I will never step foot at this dealership again. Wali was very rude, left us sitting in his office for over an hour and then told us we "WAISTED OVER AN HOUR & A HALF OF HIS TIME" after I told him we would come back when they were not so busy. He refused to get me my keys to my vehicle and said "YOU CAN GO GET THEM YOURSELF" and walked away. I sat in my vehicle and called another dealership and purchased the same model new vehicle while sitting on their lot. I called the Sales Manager a few days later, he knew nothing of the incident, which was very very loud, his only remark was , "maybe he had a bad day" More

Mr. Mitchell was very professional,friendly,and helpful. He explained every thing to us that we asked. He worked with us as how much our payments would be each month,and our warranty coverage. He detailed the car making sure the car was cleaned and serviced. We drove the car off the lot in less than 2 hours so I would have a way to get to work by 1:30.
