Needed a new tire. Service advisor, Matt Bowen very professional. I had shaking in the front of my 2014 Dart, well it took 3 hours!! for them to determine that my tire Service advisor, Matt Bowen very professional. I had shaking in the front of my 2014 Dart, well it took 3 hours!! for them to determine that my tire was tearing apart from the inside. (And I was there at 7am when they opened);just over 12,000 miles on the car. Matt ordered a tire and it came in the next day. I came back and Service advisor Richard Caponi, were very professional also. It took 1 1/2 hours for me to get the tire on and out the door ! Also when the car was done, and brought out front, it took almost 15 minutes for them to give me the paperwork to sign ! Service Advisors nice, but the time to get the service complete, Stinks ! -R More
