I was initially there to trade in my 2013 Challenger on a Thursday, expecting my new Challenger Scat Pack to arrive on the following Monday. Everyone had distracted me long enough for Bill to pull up my brand-new car to the front doors four days early! I've never been so surprised in my life, and have told everyone I know the story of how awesome they treated me. I wanted to have black center caps and lug nuts (OEM) that I supplied installed on my wheels and they obliged without hesitation, doing it before I left that same day. He was able to work with me, put me in a upgraded version of the car I was currently leasing, a Dodge Journey R/T...my favorite car I have ever owned...LOVE IT, and he got me additional coverage and a lower monthly payment. Bill has worked with my sister, brother in law, parents and myself and always treats us like family. He is fair and honest and never wastes our time or tries to talk us into something that isn't right for us. After working out a deal with him, it's kind of a bummer to have to go because you really just enjoy hanging out and talking to him. Con job Bought a used car from them and basically they try every way to extract money from you so check and double check the deal. The taxed the total sale before deduction my $9000 trade in which added $540 to the bill and I had to get them to deduct. Then I gave them my check but they couldn't send the difference until my check cashes...........how nice! I am sure I will have to hound them. Next I was told my temp title would be overnight-ed and 3 days later nothing in the mail. I am afraid the saga is only beginning..............stay tuned for more. More
