Poor Customer Service Purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber from Joe Kramer in certified used. Joe was your typical cliche salesmen, "acting like he was doing you a favor". A month after driving I took it to get the oil changed and inspected. All the rotors, break pads and tires and two front CV joints needed to be replaced. These things should have been covered in the safety inspection which it obviously didn't have before they put it on the lot. Dealerships are not allowed to sell cars with bald tires for example. I brought it in almost a week ago and still no car! I went to get a rental so I could get to work and they said "oh it's closed sorry". Anytime I call the service department I get put on hold for over ten minutes until I eventually hang up and call again, four times in a row this happened until I asked for the manager and threatened to write a bad review if someone didn't tell me when I would have my car back. He called me back almost immediately and assured me multiple people were aware of my situation and to keep me posted, he also said the parts would arrive the next day and I should have it then. Well I called an hour before they closed the next day and got put on hold for a long time. Unprofessional and the salesmen joe Kramer is a joke. He said they wouldn't sell me a car with bald tires but clearly they did! Tires don't magically become bald after one month of driving. And then he has the audacity to tell me they don't normally do this but they will write me a check for $200 for new tires? You don't normally do this? Like your doing me a favor? No, this is how it should have been in the first place. And $200 is not going to buy four new tires I got quotes for $600. All in all they sold me a car without it being safe and I was told it would be done in two days time and it's almost been a week without me being able to get to work. Horrible dealership and I would never recommend it to anyone, nor their service department. More

I was dying to have the Journey but I didn't want to spend any more than I was with my previous car, and unfortunately the Journey was too expensive. However, with the help of John and Denise I walked away with a 2 yr. lease on an AWESOME Dodge Dart (white, blacktop package, all decked out) and it's costing me significantly LESS than what I was paying before. Ya-hoo!! More

Both deals smooth and snag free, no issues, no worries. EXACTLY as promised by Reggie upon first contact in 2013. Reggie did a fine job finding both cars and providing a smooth pressure/hassle free deal... twice. We have occasionally run into Reggie at a local store and he has been quick to check for concerns with the cars and has followed up via phone and email. Mark "The Closer" Gibson was the most pressure-free person I have delt with in a closing... twice. "Here is what we have to offer in additional coverages. Here is what they cost and offer. Are you interetsed?" Notice a patteren here? "Smooth, twice." There will likely be a review here titled "Smooth, three times" in the future. Only issue: The clean up shop did a perfect job on the first Challenger, it was a salesman's demo and you could not tell it had miles on it upon delivery. This time the clean up crew was very very sub par - I do a 100% better job in the driveway than they did. I was quite disappointed to see so much dirt under the hood, water spots in several areas of the exterior, dirty towel marks all over the interior - obviously from using the same towel outside the car, filthy windows with heavy streaks.. Reggie offered to have the car redone, but I declined as I was more interested in driving this awesome car than waiting for a re-do. More

He was not high pressured showed us exactly what we wanted and showed us how everything worked on our truck. We felt like we were his 1st concern. He made it all about us. This was an excellent experience with Bill. I had a doctor appointment to go to and he made sure I was out in time. Bill answered every questions we had. My husband is not fond of step bars, especially chrome ones. However I need them in order to get into my New Dodge Ram. Bill let us know they came in black and would look good on the truck we leased and he was correct. They look great. Thanks Bill for all your hard work with us.
