My experience with new car sales consultant Rich Everaert. Rich Everaert did an excellent job of taking care of me and my wife in the selection and purchase of a new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Rich was most helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and above all low pressure. Two vehicles were provided by Rich to test drive - one of which we purchased. We were offered a good trade-in allowance in addition to generous rebates. The vehicle was prepped nicely. Rich has also been a good resource for questions about the vehicle after delivery. Mark Gibson was very good in having all the purchase paperwork organized and ready to sign for a quick and easy purchase. No pressure was put on me to purchase extras. The dealership website is also very helpful and easy to navigate. A very good experience overall so far. More

Also Van Dyke Dodge has a great selection of vehicles , I couldn't do a better job ordering the vehicle myself. After closing on my new Ram , Ledell introduced me to the friendly staff around the dealer and took the the time to show me all features of my new truck. We were referred to Van Dyke Dodge by a friend. We called the dealership and scheduled an appointment with Nick. Nick was friendly, patient, and knowledgable. We arrived at the dealership not knowing which vehicle we were interested in. Nick took the time to go over the vehicles that would meet our needs and budget.
