I bought I came in for my maintenance oil change. I was greeted by several employees in the service department. Acknowledgement is very important. I bought my vehicle from this dealership and I wanted to see how the service department handled me as a customer. My service adviser was Matt (Matthew) Bowen. He was very polite, and pleasant. He wrote up service order and answer all of my questions pertaining to my vehicle. He was very attentive, and professional. I received prompt and courteous service. The oil change exceeded the time Matt initially told me. That's why I would only give 9 out of 10 stars. All is well, and I am still as satisfied customer and I will be back for future oil changes and other maintenance work as well. More

I ACTUALLY FELT THE THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS BEING A SMART xxx WHEN I WAS DISCUSSING THE MATTER WITH HIM!! IF CHRYSLER KNOWS THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THESE VEHICLES, THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE CUSTOMERS WITH THESE VEHICLES FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCES OF COMING BACK AND FORTH TO GET FIXED, BUT THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME TO TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! I had shaking in the front of my 2014 Dart, well it took 3 hours!! for them to determine that my tire was tearing apart from the inside. (And I was there at 7am when they opened);just over 12,000 miles on the car. Matt ordered a tire and it came in the next day. I came back and Service advisor Richard Caponi, were very professional also. It took 1 1/2 hours for me to get the tire on and out the door ! Also when the car was done, and brought out front, it took almost 15 minutes for them to give me the paperwork to sign ! Service Advisors nice, but the time to get the service complete, Stinks ! -R More

I received a call that the oxygen sensor wire had been chewed on by animals, and that voided my $2500 warranty. This was a surprise, since the car is parked in a garage that we keep food in and I'm constantly looking for signs of animals like feces or chew marks, but it could have happened elsewhere. Like in a parking lot, or while driving down the freeway. I had to ask several times for the part they replaced, and when I finally got it, it looked more like the damage was done w/ pliers and a knife, but that's just my opinion. When I received the bill, they charged an hour labor to replace the sensor. Replacing the sensor is about as difficult as changing a light bulb in a table lamp. You have to unplug the sensor, unscrew it from the engine, screw the new one in, and plug it back in. The sensor and it's plug are easily accessible, and I could perform this task in less than 5 minutes. After $421 I drove the car home, only to have the check engine light come on 18 hours after picking up the car. This may have nothing to do w/ the dealership, but I mention it anyway, after paying $260 for a tune up, it should last for at least a day. More

data inspection sheet filled out without looking at car In the past, I have had excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the results of my 23 point inspection. They found In the past, I have had excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the results of my 23 point inspection. They found a dirty air filter, but didn't seem to look at much else. It seems like the 23 point data inspection sheet was filled out, without the mechanic actually looking at everything he checked off. Why bother filling it out and giving the owner a false sense of security. I took my car in to Sears after I had my car serviced at the dealership. I thought my tires were out of balance. The mechanic marked my car off as ok in regards to my shocks, my tires, and my battery. Ended up that my tires were in terrible shape, caused by bad shocks, and my battery was also bad. If failed on me. Isn't that what the dealer is supposed to find with the inspection? Aren't they the experts? I am going to bring my car in for it's next oil change this week. I haven't had a chance to tell them what happened yet. I guess I will find out if they even care. More
