My son bought a vehicle from them a couple of years ago. He sold it this year in August and has been trying to get the money back for the GAP insurance. After never hearing back from the dealer to cancel the GAP coverage, we contacted the GAP company directly to get the coverage cancelled. The insurance company cancelled the policy and sent the money to the dealership. We called the GAP company again and they confirmed that the money had been paid out. It's been over a month and we have called several times and every time we call we get transferred to voice mail, and NEVER a callback. The one time we did get in contact with someone at the dealership, we were told that they would look into it, and then promptly proceeded to ignore all further emails and calls from us. Update: 4 weeks after writing this review,we got hold of the amanger and asked where the GAP refund was, which we were told a check had been made and sent out to us (which we never received). He asked us to take down this review, which we replied we would when we had the refund. He told us that he would cancel the original check and send out a new one and confirmed our address. It has been 3 weeks since that interaction and we still have yet to receive the check in the mail. I contacted the manager today (12/23/25). And was told that the finance personnel were gone for the holiday. All I get are excuses every time. Do not trust this dealership. More
Terry, salesman, very unknowledgeable. Withheld information on used truck and told my husband what he wanted to hear, to make the sale. The vehicle was shipped to us, sight unseen, and to repair it we will double the cost of the truck. Terry told us they ship vehicles all of the time and we ended up trusting him. MISTAKE!!! Alex Wilson, manager, did nothing to help take care of us. He really doesn't care and I got the feeling that I was really bothering him when I spoke with him today. We have been lied to numerous times on the phone. Promised returned phone calls that we never got. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this company again nor should you. More
This dealership withheld information about the 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk Elite I purchased from them. Gave me false paperwork to get a loan, led me to believe I was getting a 5 year wheel and tire warran Cherokee Trailhawk Elite I purchased from them. Gave me false paperwork to get a loan, led me to believe I was getting a 5 year wheel and tire warranty and that I was getting a brand new vehicle. Several promises (all) went unfulfilled. The owner made fun of my complaint the vehicle was not cleaned as promised and said he pay to have me run through the local car wash to dolly it up. Told me about $3,000 of hail damage after I gave them the full priced check. When I had to make a claim on the wheel and tire warranty I was told that Chrysler dropped the ball it took 3 months to get the replacement. And instead of a 5 year warranty they cheated me again and did only two years. So now I have to sue them to get it. I heard I forgot more times ok just about every time I asked for something. Still they keep cheating and telling lies.. I have gotten upset again trying to share this. And FCA has backed them up believing them about when I was told about the hail damage. I HAD THE KEYS IN MY HAND WHEN I TOLD TO SIGN THE PAPER. JUST PLAIN DIRTY DEALING More
My daughter bought a $20,000 Jeep from them has had nothing but problems now 6 months later it needs over $5,000 worth of work and they won't do a thing for her. Started with the water pump within a week of having it tire blue within a month motor going out of it within 2 months and now we're at 5 months and the drive shaft and transfer cases gone out. Buyers beware, this is not a good place to buy from. More

This is a dealer you can trust. We bought several cars from this dealer...mostly new ones.....over the last fifteen years or so mainly because when they make a promise, they keep it. In our experience, an informed customer coming to Galena Chrysler can count on receiving a fair price, respectful treatment, and most importantly when they say they will do something, they will actually follow-through and do it. I have heard nothing but bad things about postal Pete. Salesman Bob is quick to take money but I told him about concerns with Jeep I never received a response.
