I’m spoiled with my dealership back in California. This one is more $$, but less busy. I don’t have to wait as long dropping off my car which is nice. But the prices are kind of silly. It was also hard transferring over my info from the other dealership so I recommend keeping all your paperwork so they don’t say you need something when you don’t. Overall, a fine dealership if you know about cars and exactly what you need done. They said they got a new manager recently from BMW and raised prices so maybe that’s why it’s so $$$. I like dealerships though because the parts are under warranty and all your records are in one reputable places for the next buyer. Brand spanking new. Shuttle driver awesome. Vote Bean for sheriff next year! More

I really needed my car fixed as soon as possible. They went out of their way to get it done. We left the next day to drive to Denver. The car performed like a new one! Called and made appointment by phone for $59 oil change coupon . Requested no other service . When finished , my bill indicated I was charged reg price for oil change, wiper blades replaced and cabin filt coupon . Requested no other service . They refunded all charges to my bill, and only charged me for the oil change, and gave me the wiper blades installed in error. They took care of the mistake, and were kind and professional. More

I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealership and this review only relates to the recent appointment for an oil change. When I pulled in the service check in area, no one came out to greet me. I had to go inside and wait while the guy shuffled some papers. He then checked me in and offered to include a car wash which I accepted. He said it would take less than an hour and I said I would wait. He didn’t text me like they had in the past and that was unusual. I waited an hour and went to the service tec area and saw my car in the completed area. I have no idea how long it had been finished. Austin wasn’t around and I waited 5 or 10 minutes and Rodney said he would check me out. The oil change was a few dollars higher than quoted but under $10 more so I didn’t mention it. It shouldn’t take an hour to change oil. I should have been advised when the service was done. I am considering going to an oil change place next time. I have had oil changes done at Honda service for all the Honda’s I have owned but the ones done at this place take way too long! More
