I’m spoiled with my dealership back in California. This one is more $$, but less busy. I don’t have to wait as long dropping off my car which is nice. But the prices are kind of silly. It was also hard transferring over my info from the other dealership so I recommend keeping all your paperwork so they don’t say you need something when you don’t. Overall, a fine dealership if you know about cars and exactly what you need done. They said they got a new manager recently from BMW and raised prices so maybe that’s why it’s so $$$. I like dealerships though because the parts are under warranty and all your records are in one reputable places for the next buyer. Brand spanking new. Shuttle driver awesome. Vote Bean for sheriff next year! More

Called and made appointment by phone for $59 oil change coupon . Requested no other service . When finished , my bill indicated I was charged reg price for oil change, wiper blades replaced and cabin filt coupon . Requested no other service . When finished , my bill indicated I was charged reg price for oil change, wiper blades replaced and cabin filter replaced. Totaling $161.98. They refunded all charges to my bill, and only charged me for the oil change, and gave me the wiper blades installed in error. They took care of the mistake, and were kind and professional. More
