Terrible Service! Had an appointment to replace the recalled Fuel Pump on my Honda Pilot 2019 for almost 2 weeks. Had the car there for the 8:00am appointment time on Friday 5/14/21. They ran out of recalled Fuel Pump on my Honda Pilot 2019 for almost 2 weeks. Had the car there for the 8:00am appointment time on Friday 5/14/21. They ran out of Fuel Pumps before they got to my car. Had to order more Fuel Pumps but not sure what day, Monday or Tuesday of next week they will be there. Then the car will have to go back in the service Dept. They had the car on the 14th all day but when I asked how long it takes to replace the Fuel Pump they said about 3 hours. They had told us it would take all day to replace it which was ok with us but to find out they didn’t even touch it is not all right because they ran out of Fuel Pumps. Very unorganized in the Service Dept! So very sad and unacceptable! Needless to say no Service was completed on the car. More
