I purchased my 2019 Outback in December 2021 and have been happy with the vehical but the radio and CD player just died. I made and appointment for today and told the girl that I needed a loaner to get been happy with the vehical but the radio and CD player just died. I made and appointment for today and told the girl that I needed a loaner to get to work 45 minutes away, She was not much help and said a loaner was on a 'FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. I told her if there was no loaner I would not be able to stay or wait for the service to be completed. Also there is a problem with the security light flashing when the car is turned off. I arrived for the appointment at 7:45 AM and was told there would be no loaner available. If they would have called or e-mailed me (they had time to e-mail reminders twice) I would have rescheduled. I told them I was going to sell the Outback to Ressler Motors and go back to Toyota! More

This is the first and only Subaru dealer that I actually enjoyed working with. The staff were honest about pricing and trade in value. I actually got $3500 more for my trade here than I was offered at Subar enjoyed working with. The staff were honest about pricing and trade in value.
