Been a long time loyal customer of Galleria Chevrolet for service for my Chevy vehicles. Service was excellent and the service agents are always friendly, however, this last time I got my first complimentary service for my Chevy vehicles. Service was excellent and the service agents are always friendly, however, this last time I got my first complimentary oil change for a Tahoe and neither the service team or the technician noticed that a few greasy fingerprints were left of the outside of my white vehicle. I had to clean it MYSELF upon getting inside my vehicle after I was given the keys. That left a bad taste, but I hope it was a just one-time occurrence. More
