I am writing to address some concerns I have encountered regarding my recent purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from Galleria Chevrolet, located at 4747 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Dallas, TX 75244, on F regarding my recent purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from Galleria Chevrolet, located at 4747 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Dallas, TX 75244, on February 26, 2024. Upon finalizing the purchase, my first payment with Chase Auto Financial was scheduled for March 26, 2024. However, I never received any communication from Chase regarding my payment options. After reaching out to my salesman, I was advised to be patient and assured that I would be contacted. Unfortunately, with five days remaining until my due date, I contacted Chase Financial only to discover that they had no record of funding my auto loan. Subsequent communication with the finance manager at Galleria Chevrolet, Sofiane Derbazi, revealed that there was an error, as my paperwork had never been submitted to Chase Financial. Sofiane then requested additional paperwork from me for funding. Despite having exceptional credit and no prior financing issues, I was disheartened by Sofiane's treatment, as he seemed to insinuate fault on my end rather than acknowledging the dealership's oversight. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and competence exhibited by a major Chevrolet dealership. As my temporary license plate is set to expire in two days, I contacted the dealership on April 24th for clarification. Paul, the sales manager, informed me of a five-day grace period for temporary license plates. However, when I inquired about the potential consequences of being stopped by law enforcement after the grace period and receiving a citation, I found Paul's response lacking in empathy and concern for customer satisfaction. Regrettably, my experience with the sales staff at Galleria Chevrolet has been characterized by insensitivity and a lack of attention to customer needs. Consequently, I am compelled to express my reluctance to engage in any future vehicle purchases from your dealership. However, it is important to note that my interaction with the service manager, Ben Davenport, regarding a minor service issue, was notably positive. Ben exhibited professionalism and provided exemplary customer service. I believe that if the sales staff were to emulate Ben's approach to customer support, it would significantly enhance the dealership's reputation and potentially increase sales. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust that you will take appropriate steps to address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience at Galleria Chevrolet. Experience was fine. In addition to our primary sales guy we were able to talk with someone that has experience driving the Bolt EV as his personal car, which was great.
