If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Galleria Chevrolet was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered at any dealership. While I did not purchase my vehicle here, I brought it in for service—and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and inexcusable. From the start, the staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and shockingly disrespectful. I was denied a loaner vehicle and left stranded three hours from my home, which caused me to miss work and incur additional expenses, including rental fees, gas, Uber rides, and penalties from my leasing office due to delayed moving plans. All of this could have been avoided if they had provided even the bare minimum in customer support. The Service Director, Dan, took things even further by attempting to bribe and bully me into removing a negative review I had previously posted. He offered a rental vehicle only if I took down the review—a clear attempt to silence my honest feedback. That level of manipulation is unethical and disturbing. To add insult to injury, a Service Advisor named Tony had the audacity to ask me, “Why did you bring your vehicle here?”—a question no paying customer should ever be asked. The implication was clear: I wasn’t welcome. And yes, I strongly believe race played a role in the treatment I received. If you are African American, think twice before giving this dealership your business. Despite multiple calls to the General Manager, I never received a response. Not a single manager came out to apologize or express concern when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Their attitude was as if I should be grateful simply because I wasn’t charged for a repair that should have been addressed back in October 2024. This dealership lacks accountability, professionalism, and basic human decency. I would never recommend Galleria Chevrolet to anyone—and especially not to people of color. Their treatment of customers is not only unacceptable but reflective of deep-rooted ethical and cultural issues within their service department. More
