My husband & I purchased a new car towards the end of 2021 as a result of an accident that totaled my old one. We initially looked at a few dealerships we had gone to before but not much was available in 2021 as a result of an accident that totaled my old one. I phoned to see if it was still available & when we could swing by to see it. I got a wonderful young man named Carlos Younan who was beyond helpful. We ended up being at Galpin just a tad longer than we hoped & my husband, being a diabetic, needed to eat. When I mentioned that to Carlos he actually paid for both of our meals at their restaurant (which we didn't know they even had). Oh yeah, by the way, the car is fantastic as well. I waited for my Ford Maverick for 8 months. Matthew kept me informed about the delays and build process the entire time. When my truck finally arrived I gave him a call to see if I could pick it up and he told me to come on down. He had it prepped and ready to go for my arrival. He seemed genuinely excited to see how excited I was to pick up my truck after such a long wait. Paperwork went really smoothly and he took care of all my requests during signing. He walked me through all the my various add-ons. Finally, thoroughly explained how everything in the truck worked and made sure I felt comfortable driving away. The entire time he kept a positive attitude and offered complete transparency. I felt bad making him stay after his shift though! Sorry Matthew!! Thank you so much! The truck is more than great!
