Horrible customer service!. I own a fleet of 27- f550, f650, f250, f150, and fusion. I had bought a few trucks from galpin back in my early stages of my my new biz in 08, I had a similar taste then and j f650, f250, f150, and fusion. This evening I was trying to purchase a fusion for one of my new employee and everything was going good with Leo the car salesman but when I got to speak with the mngr to try and close the deal his freaking way of doing business is not the way. The end of the day was here and trying to sale a 20k car wasn't a priority. Pushing my business out with a stupid remark and insulting me was what prompted me to write this jerk his review. Go else where if you are a serious buyer. I just purchased an f650, I shopped around an of course I stop by galpin and their prices 10k over sticker I didn't try to bargain so I went to the next big advertiser Worthington ford and no hassle bought my truck at sticker price.
