BAIT AND SWITCH! Their site offered a price for a specific vehicle (VIN# included) and when we got down there, they attempted to charge us $5K more than their advertised price. When we pointed out th specific vehicle (VIN# included) and when we got down there, they attempted to charge us $5K more than their advertised price. When we pointed out the discrepancy the sales associate claimed it was MSRP and tax. I then pointed out that the website stipulated the MSRP and tax were included in the advertised price, at which point the sales manager claimed the added price was an "Inventory Adjustment." Again, I showed him the CURRENT advertising on his site and he dismissed it without explanation. Apparently, they can just change their prices on a whim, by the minute, regardless of promotional promises. (attached is what their site promised -- they wanted to charge us over $500 per month for that exact vehicle). To be clear, there were no discrepancies in our credit or trade in. It was a straight up bait and switch! More
