My transaction buying a 2023 Mazda CX-5 was completely satisfactory because Mr. Fontanills made and kept his word in every detail. The sales process was not high-pressure but instead calm and thorough. However, when the Finance Dept., got involved, I was pressured into buying a service contract and a tire warranty. I regretted this. Mr. Fontanills called to check on my satisfaction, and, hearing me out, he got Mr. Godina involved, and my concerns were addressed and resolved in short order. The contracts were rescinded Thank you, gentlemen, for making my experience satisfying. I will definitely refer future customers to you. More
