Wonderful car salesman, AB Ghayadi I admit that I was a little skeptical about leasing a car. I had never leased a car before and did not know anything about cars really. However last w I admit that I was a little skeptical about leasing a car. I had never leased a car before and did not know anything about cars really. However last weekend, I decided to check out the galpin Volkswagen. Ab Ghayadi was the person who helped me. Not only, he spent the whole day with me but he was patient, caring, and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Ab. He did not pressure me to any deals and was very understanding of my budget. He's an amazing guy who helped another fellow person. :) More

Ryan did the best he could to help, considering all available options and never giving up even when we were about to, until finally giving us the impression that, if all salesmen are as kindhearted as him, purchasing a car at a dealership will not be a scary experience after all. Like buying from family I can't say enough about this team. I had a wow experience in buying a car for my daughter. If you need a car and you don't want to get scammed I highly suggest that you go to Galpin Volkswagen on roscoe and Sepulveda and ask for Victor Frausto. He goes above and beyond to make sure the buyer gets the suggest that you go to Galpin Volkswagen on roscoe and Sepulveda and ask for Victor Frausto. He goes above and beyond to make sure the buyer gets the best deal possible. I was in a situation with another small dealer that was trying to scam me out of my down payment after the loan never got approved. Victor went over there laid down the law and I was able to get my down payment back and he helped me get financed for a 2012 Passat with a lower interest rate. The overall experience their couldn't be better once again if you need a vehicle go see Victor Frausto. More
