Adrien Torres service was professional, painless, and quick. I negotiated my new car purchase over the phone and Adrien was the most persistent. Vicky was very knowledgable in all the services and protection plans that VW and Galpin offered, and she explained all the services and protection plans I purchased. Overall, my experience at Galpin VW was wonderful! Neil (Sales) was friendly and did not put off your typical "salesman" vibe. Vicky (Finance) was also very friendly and made the experience fun rather than stressful. Only small issue was the detailing job post-purchase. Because there were so many cars being sold, the quality of work was not up to expectations. ***Update on 9/10/2012: upon notifying Neil that the detail job was not spectacular, I was immediately taken care of. The service team did a beautiful job and my new car looks great. Not only did Neil make this a priority, but so did the Manager and the Service team. Thanks all!! More

I have always liked Galpin no matter which line, but with Volkswagan being new to the umbrella, I wasn't sure what to expect. They came thorugh with the typical Galpin service!
