We didn't want someone who was going to haggle us like ALL the other sales reps we had met with at other dealerships. We wanted to take our time and shop around and find that WOW car that would be in our family for years to come. Well, against our requests, they sent us the BEST. To our surprise, he was not pushy, not demanding, he was knowledgeable and friendly! Because of the stupendous service we received, we decided on two beautiful cars! Terrible Service Abysmal customer service, they don't care about you after the sale. Had my brand new truck in 3 or 4 times and now that they cant find the cause I'm b Abysmal customer service, they don't care about you after the sale. Had my brand new truck in 3 or 4 times and now that they cant find the cause I'm being told its normal. A brand new truck should not make loud noises, I shouldn't have to pump the brake every morning to not hear the sound. Took weeks to get my paperwork. They talk to you like you know nothing about how a vehicle works. Pretty pathetic. My Mother got a SUV from Gandrud and I had my brother buy a NEW truck from Gandrud and this is how they treat their customers. Guess what they wont see anyone from my family buy anything from them. Trust me I'm spreading the word to EVERYONE I know. More
