Very disappointed, called the day after I bought my car & told them about the paint chips all over (32 to be exact). Salesman said those weren't there when we walked around the car yesterday. Needless to say I did not take the car back to them. I paid the bill for the car to be fixed, $300 for it to be detailed which should have been done before the sale of the car. Never heard from the dealership since I left. Would not recommend!! More
Horrible experience. Went to trade in a car on a used minivan. They said, we'll check a couple of lenders to find you a good deal. They sent our info to 13 lenders in one day. 13 hard pulls on our credit minivan. They said, we'll check a couple of lenders to find you a good deal. They sent our info to 13 lenders in one day. 13 hard pulls on our credit in one day. By the time we got home, our credit scores had dropped more than 100 points. Ruined for 2 years. When we complained, "you must have gone to another dealership." No just you. Never again. More
Bought a 2015 Subaru from their used car lot. Originally I thought we got a fair deal, salesman was nice, car seemed great. Well life changed and I needed to trade it in and much to my surprise the car had been in accident. No one ever mentioned this at the time of purchase. I paid good money for a car with low miles only to find out a year later it had been damaged on 3 sides and the resale value was junk. A Subaru with crappy resale, that's unheard of. So thanks Gandrud for sticking it to me, I love over paying for stuff and being lied to. More

Out of town service customer My service advisor went out of his way to take care of me. It was replaced and aligned to my satisfaction in both time it took and the cost. Thank you for taking the time to fix my car and getting me back to my vacation. Bennett Laes was the service advisor. The process was explained to me & my satisfaction was of the upmost importance to them. They only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the lake of attention given when I walked into the dealership the day that I picked up the car. More
Silverado Not only did I have to clean up a mess on my dash of wax or whatever was spilled. The seatbelt cover in the back seat was not on had broken. Also I felt very rushed by my salesman going over the features in my truck. He acted like he had a fire in his pants. All I got was a handshake. No thank you or hat. First time I have not received at least a hat. When I bought a ram from the dodge store i got a hat and sweatshirt. I did not get a tour of the service area. More
