Disappointed and inconvenienced Brought my used car here for the second time since I bought it 3 months ago. They were supposed to take to their collision center for an estimate but Brought my used car here for the second time since I bought it 3 months ago. They were supposed to take to their collision center for an estimate but didn't have time because diagnosis took all day. No big deal because they said they'd do that the day I bring it back for the repair. I brought it back to be fixed and reminded them to get a collision estimate. At the end of the day I go to pick it up and no estimate. Apparently the service rep forgot to get it there in the afternoon and it had sat in the service center lot since 11 that morning. I asked about the estimate and he said he forgot but that I could take it to the collision center and they would give me an estimate that night. I went there and they said they were too busy for an estimate, that I'd have to schedule one. They claimed to be able to provide me the convenience of the service of my vehicle and an estimate, but it was more of an inconvenience for me. I don't care to be inconvenienced by them again. Besides the fact that the service my vehicle needed should have been taken care of the first time I had it in! More

In and out in a jiffy! Took my vehicle to Gandrud Chevrolet for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very efficient in getting my car in and done, under 30 minutes! I went in to have my tire repaired expecting to get it fixed pay a small fee and be on my merry way. When I arrived and talked with Doug the service manager the first thing he said was did you purchase it fixed pay a small fee and be on my merry way. When I arrived and talked with Doug the service manager the first thing he said was did you purchase it at Gandrud. I did and Doug said the repair in at no charge. It was late in the afternoon and didn't expect to get it back until the next day. I was told it would be done in an hour or so and if I would stop back in little bit it would be ready. Fandtastic service! More
