Tim handled the finance and purchase paperwork very professionally, giving us info on warranty plans without any pushy sales pitch. This was our 4th new car purchase from Gandrud since 2010. It is refreshing that a company rewarded us for our loyalty (unlike phone/cable/internet providers) by giving us a great deal on our trade-in. We had looked at another dealer who offered a really good deal, one that I thought Gandrud couldn't beat, but they did and they kept our business! It was actually a fun car buying experience! More

Terrific sales person, good deal, iffy finance guy Brick Cole, our salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.. When we found that the car in which we were interested had been sold, Brick quickly found a suitable substitute, and got us a good deal on it the first time. We recommend Brick highly. A not-so-good experience was with the F & I man, Ian Marcussen. He quickly wrote up the purchase agreement, without discussing with us any down payment or whether or not we had plates to transfer to our new car. He also make assumptions about his requirements in dealing with our lender that were wrong. He didn't even have us sign the purchase agreement when we were there. The result was that our lender paid the dealer the entire purchase price, resulting in a much higher monthly loan payment than we wanted, we had to go through the hassle of faxing a signed copy of the purchase agreement to the lender, and we are now waiting for a refund check for the additional charge that resulted from not asking if we had plates to transfer. The worst part of all this is that when we told Ian of our disappointments with how his service went, he did not apologize or seem sorry; he just threw it off as a "communications problem." We also dealt by phone with Tim Norman, who seemed a lot more professional. More

But the really great experience I had was that I didn't have to spend an entire day in the dealership. I chose my vehicle, filled out the appropriate applications, and was approved within minutes. The offer they made for our trade was very reasonable. We had a deal. Then they made an appointment time to sign the contract. We left and came back at our appointment time, and was in and out in 30 mins. I was thrilled with the whole experience, and will buy all future vehicles with Gandrud! The certification process took longer than expected but 2 weeks later we got the call it was ready. Our schedules were packed but they made it work to come and test drive, apply for loan and sign papers all within a week. I also got to take advantage of black Friday balloon event! Overall, great customer service and great prices! Would have liked oil changes included since most dealers do. More
