Had an appointment and when I arrived , the service guy told me I didn't have an appointment and should get in the other lane. Then I had to wait about an hour to get in!! I got just an oil change and had told me I didn't have an appointment and should get in the other lane. Then I had to wait about an hour to get in!! You need to hire responsible people NOT LITTLE KIDS!! I doubt I will come back! More
