Good, friendly service by all I dealt with Eric 3 different times and we just could not get a deal done, and he worked his tail off for "nothing"...meaning, no sale. Fast forward a I dealt with Eric 3 different times and we just could not get a deal done, and he worked his tail off for "nothing"...meaning, no sale. Fast forward a couple months and things on my end changed, and we were able to pull off the deal for the exact car that I wanted. I call him and we went through the no hassle negotiations. He wrote up the deal, and we met a couple hours later. The car was cleaned and ready to go, and Eric went through all the bells and whistles with me, all while battling a bad cold. The detailing was rough, and I found scratches, which on a brand new car, there should be none. I would give the detailers 0 stars, but will not ding the sales team at all. Ian, Sam and Eric did a wonderful job. More

Buying made easy. No games, no pressure I went to several dealers which included other brands. I was able to eliminate other brands fairly quickly because you get so much more with Rams for I went to several dealers which included other brands. I was able to eliminate other brands fairly quickly because you get so much more with Rams for the money, I eliminated other Ram dealers because one couldn't work an acceptable deal and the other used high pressure sales. They tried to direct me towards trucks that I was not interested in and really put the pressure on me to not look elsewhere.. I should also add that even though this is the first vehicle I have bought from Gandrud I have had my last two serviced at there and been very happy with them. More
