The first car I ever got from a dealer was through Gandrud, I have tried to stray from them, but always go back. They have the best quality for fair prices and are very helpful and prompt with service and call backs. I met Brick that day while I was looking at cars and he was very personable and helpful, also very knowledgeable and honest, if I asked a question that he couldn't answer, he found the answer. Any updates on loan information and pricing he contacted me and let me know of changes. I also met with Tim in finance. Tim was great, I was worried about my monthly payment being too high, and with some time and patience and continued searching, Tim was able to get me into a monthly payment that was lower than my goal was. It was a pleasant surprise. I love my new vehicle!!! It is by far the best vehicle I have owned. Great experience My husband & I were looking for a reliable family vehicle as we are going to have our first child in October. We were looking for a vehicle with low My husband & I were looking for a reliable family vehicle as we are going to have our first child in October. We were looking for a vehicle with low miles, clean title, newer than 2010, and reasonably priced. Our online search through a few websites lead us to a Chevy Malibu at Gandrud. I've always been skeptical of dealerships due to the "salesman pitch" so I reviewed the ratings on the dealership prior to calling. The ratings were good, really good from multiple customers. We decided to call to see if the Chevy Malibu was still available... surprisingly it was. Because we live in Fond du lac we could not drive to the dealership that day but could go the following night. Brick said he would call us if the car was still available prior to us leaving that night. The next afternoon we received a call from Brick saying the car was still available. Knowing this we drove up to Green Bay to look at the Malibu-it was everything we were looking for and for thousands less than what we were seeing elsewhere. Brick was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He answered any questions we had. We talked to him about financing through Gandrud as our credit union was giving us a less than favorable rate. Gandrud deals with multiple banks to find the best rate possible- another bonus. Not only did we end up with a better rate than our own credit union, we ended up with excellent customer service & an all around positive experience. We are very satisfied with our Malibu. I would definitely recommend Gandrud to anyone, this place is worth the drive!! More
