Professional service I called the service department because I was having the car (2011 Malibu) go into "crawl" mode, and the check engine light was on. I left the car, and they called 2 hours later and said the car was ready, no charge because it was a recall problem. When I got there the car was washed, and it has run perfectly since. More

Service advisor Paul was courteous, respectful, and very understanding of my anxiety about needing service on a car I had picked up only two months before. He made sure I understood everything, saw that I was comfortable in the waiting area, and checked back with updates. He asked my permission for each step. He was transparent, and assisted me by explaining warranty coverage I did not realize applied, thereby saving me money. I left feeling safe, comfortable, and that this was a service advisor and facility I could trust for the future of my car. More
