"AWESOME Service Department" We had initially brought our PT Cruiser to the Chrysler Dealer in Greenwich, with major disappointment poor customer service, they did nothing to chec We had initially brought our PT Cruiser to the Chrysler Dealer in Greenwich, with major disappointment poor customer service, they did nothing to check the vehicle and address our concerns, we had been told that the PT Cruiser needed a new transmission so of course we wanted it done correctly so we brought it to the dealer with little help from them. We then had it towed to GARAVEL Chrysler in Norwalk which we should have done from the BEGINNING awesome experience from the moment we told the service department of our concerns they listened, investigated and found that it was a totally different issue that was causing the Cruiser not to function at the same time we were given a list of things that needed to be addressed. Concerned with the cost they were able to tell us what needed priority and what could wait, we have since been doing the repairs in stages. Keith has been great, with oriented exceptional customer service which you don't find much these days. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend everyone to come to this dealer. THANK YOU Keith!!!! More

Fit me in despite being extremely busy First response to making an appointment was two weeks out. I was only in town for a few days and had a fairly serious issue with my car. I found my new dealership!!! I purchased a used 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from a used car dealer. When the check engine light came on recently, I didn't know where to take it. It wa I purchased a used 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from a used car dealer. When the check engine light came on recently, I didn't know where to take it. It was by luck that I brought it to Garavel for service. I'm so happy I did. Keith not only helped me out and answered all my questions when I checked in, but really made me feel taken care of. I knew he was honestly trying to make sure I got the work done I needed and did his best to save me money. When I picked it up, Keith gave me a detailed report and even made suggestions for future work that could help me keep my truck in good health. I have a little more work to do on the truck, but I know where to bring it from now on. You can't beat the service here! More
