"Poor Service and Customer Follow-up"

Dropped off my car for a recall, check engine light and the replacement of ONE headlight bulb. Four days and a large bill later, I received a call that everything was fixed. When I went to pick up my car, not only does the one headlight still not work, but now ALL of the front end lights are out. The car is still with them with no updates on what happened and when it will be resolved. Getting the service manager on the phone is impossible and it looks like I’ll have to take another day off and sit in the waiting room to get any action. Is it too much to expect that they would have actually turned on the headlights before saying it was fixed?

"Keith is the man!!"

I love the staff at Garavel. I have bought my last couple of cars there and have had great experiences with the sales force (Raymond is one of my favorites!) The service Department is fantastic, and Keith is especially helpful to me, going above and beyond the call when its needed. I was in for a recall and it went smoothly, but I know that if I need help (I was once broken down on the road and really needed help) Keith handles things for me. I count on Garavel for my service and I go there when I need a new car.

"Great Service, Coffee and Bagels."

Scheduled a service for a manufacturer recall. Had an 8am appointment. I was there a little early. My vehicle was ready by 8:15am and I was on my way to work. To top it all off they have a comfortable waiting area and great coffee and bagels too! What great service all around.

My appointment was scheduled for 02:00 PM. At 02;15 I called to say I could not make it. At 02:35 I called to say I could drop the car in 15 minutes. Keith Zarembski, my assigned service representative, accommodated me and made sure I could get the car after hours. The personal attention was much appreciated.
