I called ahead and made an appointment to get oil change, tire rotation, and have 2 recalls taken care of. The person I made the appointment with said they did not need any parts for the recalls so it would tire rotation, and have 2 recalls taken care of. The person I made the appointment with said they did not need any parts for the recalls so it would be no problem. Adam checked me in at my appointment and did a great job. He always does. Super curtious and helpful. After an hour and half in the waiting room, a different employee said my truck was finished. At checkout he stated they didn't have time to take care of my recalls. I stated that was the main purpose of my visit and I had made the appointment for that. He said there was nothing he could do and I would have to make a new appointment. I work two jobs and free time is few and far between. It would have been fine if the appointment maker had told me it would have to done in two visits but this was not the case. I left very upset and the employee was not very apologetic. He just said I probably called the wrong dealership. Which I didnt! More
