I found the truck I wanted online. When I called about it I was sent to Branden right away. My biggest concern was that I live in Illinois and live and hour and a half away. I did not want to waste my time a I was sent to Branden right away. My biggest concern was that I live in Illinois and live and hour and a half away. I did not want to waste my time and drive there if I knew I couldn’t get my payments where I needed them to be. Branden took the time to go through the process of what my payments would be, my trade-in value, and questions about the truck before even got there. All I had to do was test drive the truck when I got there. The price stayed the same and was able to get a great deal. I noticed some scratches and chip marks on the truck after it was cleaned. But they made it right by coming and getting my truck taking it back and getting most of it fixed. They also deliver the truck back to me free of charge. The process was quick, friendly, and professional. More
