I had my car in to have my bumper painted. I had quite a few scratches on it. I wanted to pay outright rather than use my insurance. The body shop did a wonderful job and the cost was affordable. I have had my oil changed 2 times. The first time my oil was over filled by a couple of quarts and I discovered this by a puddle of oil under the car. Was told by the service rep that the over fill caused was over filled by a couple of quarts and I discovered this by a puddle of oil under the car. Was told by the service rep that the over fill caused the leaking on my new car. The morning after my 2nd oil change I checked the oil and found that it was overfilled again. These issues resulted in 2 additional trips to the dealer and wasted waiting time. Simply checking the oil level after the service would have avoided these issues and potential engine damage. More

Worst service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not only will I never buy a car from this dealership, but I’ll never return there for anything automotive related. The service department is filled with con artists looking to sell you anything from windshield wiper fluid to volcano insurance. Garner Chevy is a joke. More
