Thought I’d give them another chance since tech messed up on a previous repair. This time Service Dept. had my vehicle for 2 weeks and problem has not been repaired. Tech misdiagnosed, service dept has poor on a previous repair. This time Service Dept. had my vehicle for 2 weeks and problem has not been repaired. Tech misdiagnosed, service dept has poor form of communication. Possibly due to understaffed and overworked because service advisors are very nice people??? Still very unprofessional to be an actual Chevy dealership. More

I was concerned about getting my lift gate repaired due to a stupid accident on my part. One body shop wanted to put a whole new lift gate on and the quote was extremely high. When I brought my Equinox t to a stupid accident on my part. One body shop wanted to put a whole new lift gate on and the quote was extremely high. When I brought my Equinox to Garber Joe came out took pics with his phone and within 15 minutes I was given a more reasonable quote. Plus Joe was so positive about getting the gate repaired, no replacement needed. Garber got my business because of Joe and his positivity. I never went for another quote at another body shop. My 2014 Equinox looks absolutely beautiful! More

Garber Chevrolet returned my son's camaro to like new quality twice. They warrantee their work replacing a faulty fog lamp after service for free. Joe and Christina are always friendly and professional. Unfortunately i do not know the name of the talented guys who serviced the vehicle but i would like them to be recognized. My car after being repaired is always detailed and matched perfectly to the original Chevrolet condition. Appreciate the extra effort! More
