Took my truck in for a scratch on the bumper. Was quoted a price $200 more then anyone else but decided to use the higher price place because of it being a dealership. We discussed painting other items and agreed on a price and when the truck was picked up the bumper was perfect but I had runs in the extra items. We complained and received an attitude and was told well I didn’t charge you for that. I feel even if they decided not to charge me they should still take pride in the work. It is a dealership. I could have saved $300 and let Macco put runs on my truck. More
