Bad car service and customer service I took my car for an oil change and after two days the car was leaking oil. The check engine light was on and the engine was making a bad noise. I had I took my car for an oil change and after two days the car was leaking oil. The check engine light was on and the engine was making a bad noise. I had to call a tow truck to take my car to the dealer. It was there about 9:30 Am. The person in the dealer called me at 10 Am saying that they would check my car. I was expecting to get my car the same day since I had to call off from work. I did not receive more calls from the dealer, so I called the dealer to know about my car. They said that it would be ready the next day. I requested a car to go work, and I went to get the car. I requested to talk to the manager several times and they made excuses and I was not able to speak to him. I asked for Anthony the person taking care of my car, and he did not show up after I waited for more than 15 minutes. A guy came to help different person and I asked if he was Anthony and he said yes. He was surprise when I told that I was the owner of the cruze. I asked why my car was getting delay and he said because the car arrived at the dealer about noon. It was one of the things that I did not like that he was lying. Also, he accepted that they made a mistake in my car and it was the reason that the car was having problems. He responded to me with some attitude and not friendly at all. I was worried about my engine and he kept saying that it was not a big deal. I requested for a diagnostic report of my car just in case I have problems again and he just gave me a paper explaining what they did to my car. I did not like that he was hiding from me and my husband when I went to pick the dealer car to use it to go work. I did not appreciate that he said that my car was dropped off late the day before when he called at 10 Am. So how can he said it was late if he called at 10:00 Am? I do not trust in this place anymore. I bought my car in this dealer and I took my car for regular maintenance for six years and I never had a problem until last month. I am done with this place and buying chevrolet cars. More
