Had a 9:30 app for a front end alignment and I made it clear that I was going to WAIT and they said OKAY. They finally pulled my truck in at NOON 2.5 hours late. After talking with a manager, they made a clear that I was going to WAIT and they said OKAY. They finally pulled my truck in at NOON 2.5 hours late. After talking with a manager, they made a no charge for the service. I didn't request that and they did that on there own. It was very nice of them to do that so all is good. Point is if they promise a time it should be kept or close to it. Thank you the job was good and compensating my fee. MJB More

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly during each of my visits. My Salesman was very attentive and caring with respect to what I was looking for on my new truck. He thought outside of the during each of my visits. My Salesman was very attentive and caring with respect to what I was looking for on my new truck. He thought outside of the box to find me a stocked truck that was very close to what I had "built" using the manufacturer's website, and worked with me to add a few of the items that were on my list, but were missing from the stocked truck. He also facilitated transfer of my old bed GM box cover, wheel locks and under-seat lock-box to my new truck - a great touch! More
