Had a 9:30 app for a front end alignment and I made it clear that I was going to WAIT and they said OKAY. They finally pulled my truck in at NOON 2.5 hours late. After talking with a manager, they made a clear that I was going to WAIT and they said OKAY. They finally pulled my truck in at NOON 2.5 hours late. After talking with a manager, they made a no charge for the service. I didn't request that and they did that on there own. It was very nice of them to do that so all is good. Point is if they promise a time it should be kept or close to it. Thank you the job was good and compensating my fee. MJB More
